Together with Honorary Event Chair, William “Bill” Robertson, CEO of MultiCare, Museum of Glass invites you to the seventh annual Breakfast at the Cone. For years, business, art, and civic leaders have gathered to discuss and celebrate our shared commitment to the vitality of the Pacific Northwest.

We are pleased to welcome keynote speaker John Wiborg, Founder, President, & CEO of Stellar Industrial Supply, and Chairman of the Board at MultiCare Health Systems. John will be speaking on “The Stellar Way”, a philosophical framework that intentionally builds a great organizational culture and helps to foster leadership and resilience.

All event proceeds will benefit Museum of Glass community programming.

ABOUT MUSEUM OF GLASS Located in Tacoma, Washington, Museum of Glass is a premier contemporary art museum dedicated to glass and glassmaking in the West Coast’s largest and most active museum glass studio. Now in its 20th year, MOG has established a reputation for hosting impactful and engaging artist residencies, organizing and exhibiting nationally traveling exhibitions, and creating unique programs for visitors, all while building a growing permanent collection chronicling the development of modern and contemporary glass.

Since opening in 2002, the Museum has served as a catalyst for change in Tacoma. The iconic building was erected on a Superfund site which started the restoration of the Thea Foss Waterway. Today, you will find a thriving arts and culture center, including six museums all within walking distance. Each year over 100,000 visitors explore the Museum. It’s rare to find a venue where you can watch live glassmaking, experience glass art from emerging artists as well as masters, and have the chance to try your hand at it. Museum of Glass prides itself on delivering all of these experiences, and it’s getting noticed. In 2017, USA Today listed Museum of Glass as a top ten tourist destination in Washington State.
